Corpus Callosum Creations, Ltd. – Dublin, Ohio

Corpus Callosum Creations is a media company promoting creative endeavors to foster growth and expansion of the human spirit. In the human brain, the Corpus Callosum, (which literally means, "hard body") is a dense broad band of nerve fibers joining the two hemispheres. Through our projects, we hope to connect ideas of the left brain (language, math, and science) with the more creative right brain (visuospatial, creative, spiritual) to encourage cultural exchange and creative collaborations to both heal and advance the human condition.

Currently we are producing the documentary, Operation Resurrection, to promote solutions for health care, education, and employment in our returning veterans from the Iraq and Afghanistan wars who suffer from Traumatic Brain Injury, (TBI). Often, recovery from a brain injury involves discovering the creative ideas from the right brain to achieve a "new normal". The film will be released in the fall of 2012. Chrisanne Gordon is the CEO of Corpus Callosum Creations and serves as the Executive Producer and director of the documentary. This will be her first foray into film production though she previously co-produced three award winning environmental series for PBS.

2 Ticks and the Dog Productions, Warren, Ohio, is an award-winning production and trans-media company founded and incorporated in 2000 that specializes in commercial television, promotional web video and narrative and documentary short and feature film development.

Their work has been recognized as exemplary achievement in film and broadcast video production. They are constantly active in pursuits that further the development of humanity through the arts. 2 Ticks joined the team of Operation Resurrection in 2011, and have produced a public service announcement with Vietnam Veteran and Super Bowl Champion of the Pittsburgh Steelers, Rocky Bleier. 2 Ticks joins Corpus Callosum in the mission to increase awareness and treatment for our service personnel with Traumatic Brain Injury.

About the Production Team

Jim Fogarty – A graduate of both Bowling Green State University’s Film Studies ('98) and U.C.L.A.'s Professional Screenwriting programs ('07); Jim, recently returned, full–time, to 2 Ticks & The Dog Productions, Inc. after amicably leaving Time Warner Cable Media Sales, where he worked as a leading Account Executive. Balancing a tight schedule between business and charitable volunteer work, he was nominated by the Mahoning Valley’s Professional 20/30 Club as one of 2006’s top "40 Under 40." Jim plans on continuing to produce original award-winning work in both commercial advertising and filmed entertainment, and hopes to use his expertise in media buying to further his client’s marketing efforts and success.

Julie Smith – Working in print advertising with a local magazine, Julie was able to utilize her Associates Degree in Multimedia from ITT Technical Institute. Now at 2 Ticks, Julie hopes to further her knowledge and skill set and fulfill her dreams of one day owning her own Graphic Design Firm. When not planning for her wedding next year, Julie spends time working on her photography and painting skills; playing poker with her husband, Dan, and rooting for the Green Bay Packers.

Matt Smith – An accomplished video editor, photographer and painter with a unique perspective for the visual arts. Since the start of his career in production, he's won multiple awards for his work on various commercial and creative projects. Recently he was enlisted to shoot for a successful fashion designer in New York City and to edit a documentary that sheds light on TBI/PTSD entitled "Operation Resurrection".
